How does billing work?
We charge monthly on the date you subscribe. You can add extra seat limits anytime, which are billed on a pro-rata basis.
What happens when seats are exceeded?
If you try to add more active agent logins than your package plan allows, you will be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier plan.
