Welcome to Flovmo. By accessing our platform (hosted at flovmo.com and our application portal app.flovmo.com), creating an account, or subscribing to our Standard, Pro, or Enterprise packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. User Account & Seats System

To use Flovmo, you must register as a Business Administrator. Accounts are subject to the following rules:

Seat Limits: Each subscription tier sets a limit on the number of active team agents (Standard: 5 seats, Pro: 15 seats, Enterprise: 999 seats). Attempting to bypass these restrictions will require a plan upgrade.
Credentials: Users are responsible for keeping passwords and API secret tokens secure. Sharing agent accounts across multiple people is strictly prohibited.

2. Plan Billings, Quotas & Suspensions

Flovmo runs on monthly subscription cycles:

Monthly Quotas: Subscription tiers define active monthly lead intake limits (Standard: 1,000 leads, Pro: 5,000 leads, Enterprise: 99,999 leads).
Account Expiration: When a subscription plan expires or payment fails, lead webhook collections and database operations will freeze until the plan is renewed.
Plan Deletions: Plan definitions are managed by Super-Admins. If a plan is modified or soft-deleted, existing users are retained without service disruption.

3. Data Ownership & Lead Management

All data generated, uploaded, or ingested within the platform (including lead contacts, resort galleries, quotes, and payment records) belongs exclusively to your agency. Flovmo claims no ownership over your lead database.

Administrators have tools to archive old leads (reducing workspace load while retaining statistical reports) and permanently purge archived leads, which cascades to delete all related digital signatures and quote files.

4. Third-Party Integrations & OAuth Sync

Flovmo provides OAuth 2.0 connection portals to third-party services including QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zoho Books. By activating these integrations:

You authorize Flovmo to transmit transaction records and invoices between your sales pipeline and your accounting sheets.
Flovmo is not liable for data conflicts, API sync delays, or third-party service downtime.

5. Limit of Liability

Flovmo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Maitry Weblabs be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss of profits, data, or client bookings resulting from system downtime or database errors.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Business Administrators will be notified of major updates via dashboard alert banners.
